These terms explain how you may use the Al Awais Fragrances website (alawais.pk). Orders are covered separately by our terms and conditions.

1. Using the website

You may browse the shop, create an account and place orders for your own personal use. You agree to use the website lawfully and in good faith.

2. You must not

• use the site in a way that breaks any law, or to send spam, malware or false orders;
• try to get into the admin, other people’s accounts or our systems, or probe, scan or overload the site;
• copy, scrape or resell our content, photos or prices on a large scale without our written permission;
• post reviews that are false, abusive, unlawful or about something you did not buy or try;
• pretend to be someone else or give false details.

3. Your account

If you create an account, keep your password private and tell us at once if you think it was used without your permission. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You can turn on two-step sign-in in your profile to protect it. We may suspend an account that is used to break these terms.

4. Reviews and what you send us

When you submit a review or message, you confirm it is your own honest opinion and you let us show it on the website and in our marketing, without payment. We check reviews before they appear and may edit or remove ones that break these terms.

5. Our content

The website, its design, text, logo and photos belong to Al Awais Fragrances or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. Any other use needs our written permission.

6. Information on the site

We work to keep prices, stock and descriptions correct, but we do not promise the site is free of mistakes. See the disclaimer.

7. Availability

We try to keep the website available, but it may be offline for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control. During maintenance the shop shows a “back soon” page.

8. Links

The site may link to other websites (for example WhatsApp or social networks). We do not control them and are not responsible for them.

9. Our liability

The website is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from your use of the website, other than those the law does not let us exclude.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms; using the site after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Karachi have jurisdiction.
