At Alawais Fragrances, customer satisfaction is one of our top priorities. To ensure transparency and provide a smooth shopping experience, please review our return and refund policy carefully.

Samples & Testers

All sample-sized products, decants, and testers (3ml–15ml) are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

Full Bottle Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • Product was purchased directly from Alawais Fragrances
  • Return request is submitted within 30 days of receiving the order
  • Less than 1ml of fragrance has been used
  • Product is returned in its original packaging and condition
  • Product was not purchased during a sale, promotion, discounted offer, or clearance event

Custom Order Policy

Orders made upon custom requests, special blends, customized perfumes, or made-to-order products are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

Non-Eligible Returns

Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not apply to:

  • Products purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance offers
  • Customized or special request orders
  • Bottles used beyond 1ml
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
  • Return requests submitted after the eligible return period

Refund Processing

Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team, refund processing may take approximately 3–5 working days.

Refund approval is subject to product verification.

Delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by an incorrect or damaged shipment from our side.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return request:

  1. Contact customer support within the eligible return period
  2. Provide your order number or proof of purchase
  3. Share clear pictures/videos if requested for evaluation
  4. Ensure the product meets all return requirements before shipping

Alawais Fragrances reserves the right to decline return requests that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
