Terms and conditions

These terms apply to every order you place with Al Awais Fragrances at alawais.pk. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them together with our shipping policy, returns and refunds policy, privacy policy and disclaimer.

1. About us

2. Who can order

You must be at least 18, or order with a parent or guardian, and give true and complete details. We deliver within Pakistan only.

3. Products and prices

• Prices are shown in Pakistani rupees (PKR) and are the prices at the time of your order.
• We describe our fragrances as accurately as we can. Colours and photos may differ slightly from the real bottle. Our fragrances are inspired scents, not the original brands (see the disclaimer).
• Stock is limited. Showing a product does not guarantee it is available.
• If we notice a pricing or listing mistake, we may cancel the order and refund any payment you made in full.

4. How an order is made

1. You send us an order through the website. This is your offer to buy.
2. We email you a confirmation that we received it. This is not yet our acceptance.
3. We accept your order when we verify your payment and move it to Processing. Then we pack and ship it.

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, the details are incomplete or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you paid, we refund you in full.

5. Payment

We accept bank transfer by RAAST or UBL only. There is no cash on delivery. After you order, the page and your email show the account details and the amount. Transfer the exact total, then send your payment screenshot on WhatsApp with your order number. Orders are confirmed and shipped only after we verify the payment. Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after 24 hours and the stock is released. Please check the account details carefully; we are not responsible for transfers sent to a wrong account.

6. Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan. Orders are normally packed in 1 to 2 business days and delivered in 3 to 6 working days. Shipping is a flat PKR 350, and free when the order is PKR 3,500 or more. These times are estimates, not guarantees; delays can happen because of couriers, weather or holidays. Please give a correct address and a phone number that is reachable. See the shipping policy.

7. Discounts, coupons and rewards

Coupons have their own conditions (such as an expiry date, a minimum order or a usage limit) shown at checkout. A free gift is added to orders with a subtotal of PKR 10,000 or more, and a free perfume to orders with a subtotal of PKR 20,000 or more, as shown at checkout. Rewards depend on availability, are packed by us and cannot be exchanged for cash. We may change or end offers at any time; this does not affect orders already confirmed.

8. Returns and refunds

Please check your parcel when it arrives and tell us within 24 hours if it is damaged or wrong. Unused full bottles in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days, with the exceptions in our returns and refunds policy. Samples, decants and testers (3 ml to 15 ml) cannot be returned. Refunds are made to the bank account you tell us, after we receive and check the item.

9. Risk and ownership

Goods are yours once we have received full payment. They are at our risk until delivered to you.

10. Our responsibility

We take care to sell good products and to pack and ship them safely. We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our failing to follow these terms. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for delays outside our control, or for reactions caused by an allergy or sensitivity (see the disclaimer). Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the law of Pakistan that cannot be limited.

11. Intellectual property

The names, logo, photos, text and design of this shop belong to us or are used with permission. Brand names mentioned to describe a scent belong to their owners and are used only to describe what a fragrance is inspired by.

12. Privacy

How we use your data is explained in our privacy policy.

13. Changes

We may change these terms. The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.

14. Complaints and disputes

If something is wrong, contact us first on WhatsApp or by email and we will try to put it right. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Karachi have jurisdiction, without taking away any consumer right you have under the law.
